  • Setup & Training incl creation of ADO Knowledge Base articles on Service Now.
  • ADO Support Provision
  • BAU activities
  • Discovery and Documentation of Existing Environment and Configuration
  • High level Base Training & Enablement for ADO Concepts
Support of ADO Tool (Updates, Patching and Security fixes) * Support of ADO operational usage(Configuring Pipelines, resolving tickets and queries)
  • Issue Log and Knowledge Article Creation
  • Quarterly Ticket Volume Analysis
