- Welcome customers and provide expert advice on kitchen designs, styles, materials, and appliances.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Create accurate, functional, and visually appealing kitchen designs using CAD/design software.
- Present design concepts and quotations in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Manage the full sales process, from initial consultation through to order placement and aftersales support.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up to date with the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and product ranges.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety, building, and installation standards.
- Work closely with installation teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Proven experience in kitchen design and sales (or related interior design/sales field).
- Proficiency with kitchen design/CAD software (e.g., 20-20, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative eye for design, layout, and color coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Knowledge of kitchen furniture, appliances, and material options.
- Previous retail showroom experience.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
