Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our clients sales organization, drive revenue growth, and expand their market presence within the KBB industry. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, developing effective sales strategies, and cultivating strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Team LeadershipManage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing clear guidance, coaching, and performance management.Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.Sales OperationsOversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective execution of sales plans.Performance ManagementMonitor sales performance against targets, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies for improvement.Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product launches.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.Reporting & ForecastingPrepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting performance, trends, and insights.Accurately forecast sales revenue to inform budgeting and resource allocation.Budget ManagementManage the sales department's budget to ensure efficient resource utilization.Market AnalysisStay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and implement programs to enhance team skills and performance.Skills & QualificationsProven experience in sales management and leadership roles.Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.Ability to inspire and lead a sales team to success.Previous experience within the KBB industry essential
