Hours: 6am-2pm Monday-Thursday & 6am-1pm FridayNXT Recruitment is proud to be working with a local manufacturer looking to recruit a machine operator to join their skilled production team. This is a hands-on role working with specialist machinery to produce high-quality materials.Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor the machine
  • Ensure all materials meet company quality and production standards
  • Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
  • Monitor thread and fabric usage, loading materials as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the wider production team
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience operating machinery is highly desirable
  • Good attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Mechanically minded with the ability to spot and fix minor issues
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
