- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Design and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons for students across Key Stage 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5.
- Assess and Provide Feedback: Mark and assess student work, providing timely and constructive feedback to drive progress.
- Monitor Progress: Use data systems to effectively track and monitor student achievement and inform future planning.
- Contribute to Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and refining schemes of work and teaching resources.
- Promote Reading and Writing: Cultivate a love of reading and writing by using a variety of teaching strategies.
- Support Students: Adapt your teaching methods to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Prepare for Exams: Assist in the delivery of GCSE exam preparation and revision sessions.
