We're recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing specialist brokerage, seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their expanding Trade Credit Insurance team near Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in commercial insurance who's looking to specialise or deepen their expertise in the dynamic world of credit risk and trade finance.About the Role:As a key member of the team, you'll support Account Executives in managing client relationships, preparing policy documentation, liaising with insurers, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered across the portfolio. This role offers variety, autonomy, and progression potential within a collaborative and forward-thinking business.What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business queries
- Supporting Account Executives with client servicing and retention
- Building relationships with clients and underwriters
- Developing your understanding of trade credit insurance solutions
- Working toward CII exams - fully funded and supported
- Previous experience in commercial insurance (credit insurance a bonus, but not essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach to learning and personal development
- Confidence in working with clients and insurers
- Keen interest in specialising in Trade Credit insurance
- Salary up to £35,000 DoE and benefits package
- Full support and funding for CII qualifications
