As a member of the team, you'll sit at the heart of one of our essential operations, completing a range of tasks including but not limited to being responsible for managing your own workload in a busy manufacturing and distribution environment.Package

Candidates for this role should have the following:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving ability
  • Agility
Key responsibilities include :
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and company policies
  • Risk assessments
  • Delivering training
  • Inspection and auditing
  • Incident investigation and reporting
  • Working with the team to ensure that all goods produced are to a high standard
  • Support the operational team by creating Quality boards to visually show standards
  • Support a programme of continuous quality improvement
  • Create performance metric reports
  • Support the operational team in maintaining high levels of quality in supplied materials
  • Liaise with the procurement team and quality teams as needed at head office
  • Record and monitor supplier quality levels and support our suppliers in projects
  • Take a lead in making Quality visible to the business
