- Maintain a strong commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) — your wellbeing comes first
- Perform tasks with exceptional attention to detail and care for quality
- Collaborate closely in a tight-knit, supportive team environment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings (training provided)
- Work with departments such as Press and Kiln Operators to ensure a seamless production process
- Set up small, intricate components for advanced 3D scanning
- Use fine motor skills and dexterity to handle delicate materials
- Carefully package and prepare components with pride and responsibility
- Take initiative and flexibility in supporting broader production tasks when needed
- Be part of a team that values collaboration, attention to detail, and mutual respect
