  • Maintain a strong commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) — your wellbeing comes first
  • Perform tasks with exceptional attention to detail and care for quality
  • Collaborate closely in a tight-knit, supportive team environment
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings (training provided)
  • Work with departments such as Press and Kiln Operators to ensure a seamless production process
  • Set up small, intricate components for advanced 3D scanning
  • Use fine motor skills and dexterity to handle delicate materials
  • Carefully package and prepare components with pride and responsibility
  • Take initiative and flexibility in supporting broader production tasks when needed
