- Our OOH architect. You’ll be the brains behind the operation, setting & executing the total OOH channel strategy for both foodservice & retail, with the support of our Head of Sales.
- A targets tracker. Living our ‘make every nut count’ value, you’ll own the channel’s P&L, manage budgets effectively & make sure we’re hitting key KPIs.
- An opportunity spotter. You’ll keep your ears pricked for new opportunities, working with the team to chase down new business, meet their targets & keep Pip & Nut growing across the OOH channel.
- A supportive leader. Leading & coaching a team of three (NAMs & NAE), setting clear goals, supporting on tricky negotiations, and building a team spirit that keeps them motivated to hit every target.
- An expert in the field. Creating & executing a national field sales strategy that makes a splash on the shelves.
- The OOH amplifier. You’ll be the voice & expert of OOH inside The Nest. You’ll confidently get the rest of the business up to speed on your world, and you’ll be a pro at influencing to get the support your channel needs.
- A pro ‘nutworker’. You’ll come armed with a little black book of contacts, leveraging relationships across the channel & charming senior stakeholders like a true pro.
- An OOH aficionado with a wealth of experience in OOH and an in-depth knowledge of all its different channels, value chains, commercial terms & ways of working.
- A growth guru. Entrepreneurial & opportunity-focused, with a proven track record of delivering seriously strong revenue growth.
- A strategic squirrel, who’s confident in building comprehensive channel strategies from scratch, communicating them effectively to the wider business & then (crucially) making them happen.
- A master manager. A brilliant and experienced line manager, who knows how to manage and motivate a high performing team.
- A super connector, with an existing network of contacts. A natural at building & nurturing relationships in this channel.
- A Field Sales fanatic, with a solid understanding of how to create & implement an effective field sales strategy that delivers results.
- A commercial mind, who knows their way around a P&L and has a commercial approach to business development.
