Salary: £50,000-60,000 DOEOur client is a reputable interiors contractor specialising in dry lining/plastering works. They are now looking for an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to assist with their projects around Hampshire, Surrey, London and home counties. Some site visits will be required, working along our site supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly. We have a turnover of around £3m, with projects ranging from £50k to £500kThe role will involve estimating/pricing, labour & material budget setting, control of variations to contracts, applications for payment and final accounts. This is a rough outline and not an exhaustive list, as a small team we all do whatever is required so the candidate must have a flexible attitude.Requirements:
- Must have residential/commercial Drylining/Plastering experience
- Excellent communication skills, team player, able to work with others to achieve common goals and the ability to work within a small company.
- Ideally live reasonably locally
- Looking to grow their own skill sets within our company and a passion to understand and help grow our business
- Computer literate (Excel/Planswift)
- Self-motivated and idea driven
