Production Team Member - Fixed Term Contract

- Currently ~ 160 employees over our warehouse , retail locations across the UK, and support centre functions. In the next couple of years we intend to expand the retail network to include a total of 24 stores.

- To help ensure that the department KPIs are worked towards and met as part of a team.

- Assist with daily setup, task transitions, and end-of-day clean-downs to ensure high standards are met and maintailed. This is integral in keeping with the food safety and hygiene standards of the department.
- To have a general understanding of Health & Safety Food Hygiene (full training provided).
- Whether you’re working on an individual task or part of a group production line you will be a logical thinker, practically minded, and above all you will be a real team player.
- Working hours: Up to 5 days per week working 6-8 hours per day/32-40 hours per week. The shift pattern for this role will be 15:30pm - 22:00pm. Our operational days are Sunday-Friday. Regular Sunday shifts will be required.
- Location: Bird and Blend, Woods Way, Goring-by-Sea, BN12 4QY
- Preferred start date: ASAP.
