- Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure proper coding of expenses to the correct accounts
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring all approvals are obtained
- Maintain and update accounts payable records and files
- Handle supplier queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Support month-end closing processes as required
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance-focused role
- A strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
