We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Children’s Home Manager to join our team in a 4-bed CSE home located between Telford and Newport. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive and professionally rewarding environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the homeEnsure high standards of care and safeguarding are maintainedLead, mentor and supervise a team of residential care staffAssist in developing care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategiesEnsure compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant legislationPromote a therapeutic, safe, and nurturing environment for young people affected by CSERequirements:Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Deputy Manager in a residential children’s homeStrong understanding of safeguarding and working with young people affected by CSENVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce – Level 5 desirableExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as neededBenefits:Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive management and working environmentIf you are passionate about making a difference and have the experience to step into this vital role, we would love to hear from you.
