Connect Appointments are looking for a Fabricator/Welder to work with our growing Paisley-based client who supply engineering services, including fabrication, precision machining and site installation.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (overtime paid after 40 hours)Pay rates: £16 per hour (PAYE) to £19.50 per hour (CIS)Start date: ASAPWork Duration: 4 weeksThe successful Fabricator/Welder will work from drawings to manufacture mild steel hoppers, steel platforms and associated guard rails. The ideal candidate will have:
  • The ability to following engineering drawings/specifications
  • The availability to start immediately
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Skills in welding in other formats (beneficial, but not essential)
