Our client is a respected and progressive law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Leeds.The RoleAs an Employment Solicitor, you will take full ownership of a varied caseload, managing both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. You will be responsible for advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including disputes, redundancies, discrimination claims, and workplace policies. You will work closely with clients to offer practical, strategic advice and ensure that all cases are handled with efficiency and care. Your proactive approach and expertise will be central to maintaining and enhancing the firm's reputation in employment law.What's in it for you?

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including disputes, regulatory compliance, and advisory work.
  • Drafting employment-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
  • Representing clients at employment tribunals and in negotiations with third parties.
About youThe ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and ready to make an impact. You will have:
  • Experience managing your own caseload of employment law matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation and case law.
  • 3+ years of PQE in Employment.
