Job Description:Practice Nurse (Pathway Coordinator)Cromwell Hospital, Kensington London SW5 0TUFull time- 37.5 hours per week (Monday- Friday)Salary: £55,453 per annum depending on experienceRole Overview:We are recruiting for a well-established and highly organised private GP Practice, committed to the provision of a world class medical service to local and international patients.As a Practice Nurse (Pathway Coordinator) you will work with a dynamic team of two doctors, a clinic co-ordinator and a practice manager. The practice is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare for local and international patients and attracts clientele who have exacting expectations on the level of service provided.Cromwell Hospital is an internationally renowned private hospital located in the heart of Kensington, London. We offer treatment for both adults and children and are dedicated to providing world class care to our patients.What you'll do:As a Practice Nurse (Pathway Coordinator), you will interact with patients, consultants and all clinical services to facilitate the delivery of a consistent and coordinated patient journey, whilst demonstrating care, compassion, and excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork, actively sharing responsibilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both colleagues and patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
  • Health promotion and management of health assessment bookings.
  • Perform general clinical testing including blood pressure monitoring, height and weight.
  • Medication administration including Sub cut and IM injections.
  • Perform electrocardiograms and spirometry.
  • Order and manage appropriate stock and consumables needed for your service.
  • Act as a Link Nurse in a designated area reporting to and from meetings / training updates.
What you’ll bring:
  • Registered General Nurse and NMC PIN required.
  • Primary care experience (Desirable.)
  • Medication administration including Sub cut and IM injections.
  • Experience with wound management, perform electrocardiograms and spirometry.
  • Experience with health promotion and management of health assessment bookings.
  • Paediatric Phlebotomy experience.
  • Performing clinical testing including blood pressure monitoring, height and weight.
  • Management experience required.
