Development Manager - Delivery (Residential Construction Projects)This is a site-based role, taking full ownership of all aspects of Contract Management responsibilities, where you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project through to the Final Handover.You can expect to spend your time coordinating architects, engineers, local authorities and public bodies. Along with managing the smooth handover of completed homes to the customer ensuring all completed units are snag and defect free at the point of Practical completion.In return, you can expect to be mostly site based, with occasional evening or weekend events or meetings like consultation events and attendance at the office for meetings, when necessary, a day rate between £350 and £500 depending on experience, and a healthy 2-year pipeline of work to keep you busy.Like the sound of it?
