This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional wine service and enhance the dining experience for our guests. We are looking for an individual with a passion for wine, a refined palate, and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.Our ideal candidate should:
  • Possess a strong background in wine service, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Provide expert guidance to guests on wine selections, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of varietals, regions, and pairings
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring each guest receives personalised attention and enjoys a memorable wine experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Show a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and hospitality
  • Display a keen interest in continuous learning and professional development in the field of wine
  • Be proactive and quick-thinking, adapting to the needs of guests and ensuring their satisfaction with every aspect of the dining experience at Cliveden House.

  • £32,300 annual salary (Full time - 48 hours)
