- Coach and develop the team to ensure their role is fully understood and have the tools and knowledge to deliver.
- Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer satisfaction throughout the department.
- Ensure the transportation standards and or legal compliances are being followed for all shipments.
- Look at areas for continuous improvement; raise and implement using Kaizen activities and workshops.
- Report to relevant department any document or delivery discrepancies.
- Identify training needs.
- Attend team meetings.
- Support and direct the shipping function, through preparation of packing instructions, packing lists and invoices etc.
- Understanding and keeping up with regulatory requirements that directly impact Crowcon and its products.
- Preparation of documents and statements to satisfy customs clearance and Commerce Legislations.
- Arrangement of Courier services.
- Carry out any other duty deemed appropriate by manager.
