PROPERTY LAWYER, AT LEAST 12 MONTHS' EXPERIENCE, LINCOLNSHIRE, UP TO £30,000 - Well established Lincolnshire law firm offering great opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop their career in property law. JOB REF: MD0617
OVERVIEW:
  • Applications are sought from Paralegals, Legal Executives or NQ Solicitors with at least 12 months' experience handling your own sales and purchase cases from start to finish in a residential conveyancing department
  • You will be working closely with a senior partner assisting on commercial and residential transactions, as well as managing your own caseload of residential matters.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • In addition you will have strong organisational and time-management skills, and an understanding of compliance issues.
  • Hybrid working options are available following a probationary period.
  • Salary package includes generous annual leave allowance, bonuses, flexible working and on-site parking
