- Conduct regular assessments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead renovation and expansion projects from planning through to completion.
- Ensure projects meet time, budget, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and regulatory teams.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Manage audits, inspections, and certifications to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders and departments to meet operational needs.
- Manage contractor performance, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
- Promote cross-functional communication to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Proven experience in PFI facility management in healthcare or hospital settings.
- Construction CDM training or similar industry qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance within healthcare PFI environments.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to address issues proactively and develop solutions.
