Job descriptionIT Support Operator – Short-Term Temp Contract
Location: Cardiff - onsite working - parking availableRate: £19.52 per hour
Hours: 35 per week (Shifts between 8am–5pm)An organisation based in Cardiff is looking for an experienced 1st Line Support professional to cover a short-term assignment.What you’ll be doing:First point of contact for all IT support queries (via phone, portal, email, Teams)Logging and resolving Incidents and Service RequestsBasic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and user access issuesCreating, modifying, and deleting user accountsSupporting users with software and device setupsKeeping accurate records and documentation of fixesPromoting good IT security practicesUpdating the internal knowledge base with fixes and workaroundsWhat they’re looking for:Previous experience in a 1st line IT support or service desk roleConfident using a ticketing system to log and manage incidentsStrong communication skills and a helpful approachComfortable working onsite in CardiffAble to start at short noticeStart ASAP.
