- Provide expert guidance on talent management, organisational development, and change initiatives.
- Propel HR solutions by analysing workforce trends and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and contribute to projects enhancing our global HR agenda, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Champion and implement performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.The experience we're looking for- Solid experience in HR business partnering, ideally within a global environment, driving HR strategy.
- Proven ability to engage with, influence, and coach senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of solving complex organisational challenges.
- Experience in leading impactful HR projects.
- Skilled in integrating diversity and inclusion principles into business practices
