German speaking Resource ExecutiveAre you German or studied the language and looking for a fun way to use your skills?Come join us!We're a lively little European bubble right in the middle of Cardiff — and we're looking for German speakers to join our international team. You'll be chatting with candidates from the German market, getting hands-on experience, and using your language skills every day in a real, meaningful way.No experience? Don’t worry! We’ll show you the ropes with full training and ongoing support. We’re all about learning together, helping each other out, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.You’ll be working alongside German speakers and colleagues from across Europe — we’ve got over 7 nationalities and 12 languages in the office! You might even pick up a few fun phrases in Czech, Slovak, or Polish to impress on your next trip abroad.If you’re looking for a friendly, multicultural workplace where you can grow your skills and be part of something fun, we’d love to hear from you!Tasks
  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify candidates via databases, job boards, and social media; conduct interviews to assess fit for client needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Recruitment Support: Deliver quality profiles and manage hiring projects efficiently for consultants.
  • Job Advertising & Coordination: Create bilingual job ads and coordinate communication with candidates.
Requirements
  • International environment: work together with Germans and colleagues from allover Europe! We speak over 12 different languages in the office
