- Base salary £26,500 with uncapped commission (£1-2k per month typically). Base salary to steadily increase over first 12 months of employment, providing targets are met.

- Identify and onboard new regional partners, especially in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors (e.g., gyms, PTs, studios, health clinics, wellness hubs).
- Develop relationships with corporate wellbeing leads, HR departments, and workplace wellness partners to introduce company offerings to employees and organisations.
- Represent the brand at local events, networking meetups, and in-person meetings within your region.
- Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
- Work with high-profile accounts (e.g., Soho House, Gymbox, Goldman Sachs, Peloton) and mirror this success regionally.
- Provide market insights and feedback from your region to help shape business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across the UK.
- Plan and support regional events, pop-ups, and activations that increase local awareness and community engagement.
- Autonomously manage your schedule and pipeline from a home base in a UK hub.
- Provide weekly updates, CRM inputs, and performance metrics to the central London HQ.
- Based in or near a major UK city or regional hub (e.g., Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol).
- Proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in the health, fitness, wellness, or corporate wellbeing sectors.
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passionate about health, nutrition, and improving lives through wellness.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed remotely.
- Comfortable working independently, but thrives as part of a larger team.
- Previous experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
