- Brand Presence & Relationship Building:
- Increase brand presence by attending workouts, meetings, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including gym owners, personal trainers, doctors, nutritionists, and corporate clients across London.
- Account Management:
- Actively manage high-profile accounts, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.
- Nurture relationships with top clients like Soho House, Gymbox, Goldman Sachs, and Peloton.
- Strategic Contribution:
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to optimise strategies, enhance performance, and contribute to measurable results.
- Community Engagement:
- Participate in planning and executing events, pop-ups, and brand experiences that enhance community engagement and elevate the brand’s visibility.
- Schedule Autonomy & Reporting:
- Enjoy the flexibility of managing your own schedule while providing regular updates and progress reports to the Business Development Manager. Ensure maximum profitability of the studios.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine and lasting relationships.
- Proven ability in strategic prospecting and handling objections.
- A proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and highly organised with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is essential; knowledge of nutrition is a bonus. Leadership and people management skills.
