Innovating in the energy industry, we connect subsea and surface with industry leading technology.Partner with the bestAs a Production Manager – Load-out, you will be responsible for continuing our progress in developing a world class manufacturing environment, and positive company culture, in support of our strategic growth plan.As a Production Manager – Load-out, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading a medium sized manufacturing unit with a budget ~ 5 million.
  • Performing daily operations within the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops.
  • Communicating, involving and engaging the workforce in delivering the business plan in support of the Plant Manager.
  • Managing an operation in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
  • Conducting frequent interactions at Manager level with Engineering, maintenance, planning and enabling functions about technical and organisational alignment.
  • Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient use of all resources involved in the provision of our products and services.
  • Handling complex manufacturing processes with variety due to customization to client needs.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Have significant experience in Operations and Budget Management.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering performance improvement through managing a cross-functional team.
  • Have established project management skills.
  • have sound oral and written communication skills.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to analyse and resolve problems.
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead large scale projects and document, plan, market, and execute programs.
