As Finance Administrator, you'll play a vital part in keeping the finance engine running smoothly. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for a broad range of transactional finance duties, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail across all processes.What You’ll Be Doing:Purchase Ledger
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
- Matching, batching, coding, and reconciling
- Preparing supplier payment runs and resolving invoice queries
- Investigating anomalies and ensuring correct transaction allocations
- Raising and issuing customer invoices
- Raising Purchase Orders accurately
- Supporting credit control by following up on outstanding payments
- Maintaining up-to-date records (both digital and physical)
- Supporting audits and participating in finance-related projects
- Ensure all Finance information and records are accurate
- Review and book travel desk requests
- Monitor and review expense claim submissions
- Liaise with department managers regarding any finance related queries
- Management of company shared mailbox
- Ensuring both the Management Systems and CRM Systems are kept up to date
- Arrange training for operatives and other business employees
- 1–2 years’ experience in a finance or accounts admin role
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
