Using innovative compliance trackers and tools, the Building Regulations Principal Designer will play a central role in driving smarter design decisions and building lasting client relationships.Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) Requirements

RIBA accredited with demonstratable experience as a Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and design coordination.
Experience working with high-risk buildings
Ambitious and commercially aware, with the drive to step into leadership.
Confident in building relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams.
Collaborative and people-focused, with excellent communication skills.
