- Acting as a key contact for assigned international clients.
- Processing new customer orders and issuing invoices/credit notes accurately.
- Creating new products in the system and processing essential export documentation.
- Attending weekly production meetings to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Providing complete customer service and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Mature, flexible, and a true team player.
- Experienced in a customer service or administrative role (export experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided).
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledgeable of international export documents (an advantage, but not essential).
