
Sales Administrator

- Accurately process customer orders and sales admin tasks
- Raising purchase orders
- Requesting templates from suppliers/artworkers
- Provide exceptional service while addressing customer queries and orders
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to grow sales
- Conduct research and outbound calls to develop new business
- Support the external sales team and manage order/quotation administration
- Use the internal CRM system and collaborate with logistics and procurement
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tool
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in sales administration or a similar role is a plus
- Not essential, but experience in salesforce or Trello would be ideal, but similar will be considered.
- Must be able to work in the office full time - no remote.
