- Assist in developing and delivering the marketing strategy.
- Manage and grow digital channels including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Create compelling content such as blogs, case studies, brochures, exhibition assets, and digital campaign materials.
- Drive traffic and lead generation through SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Capture and edit photography and video content for multi-channel use.
- Analyse and report on performance using tools such as GA4, WordPress, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
- Collaborate with agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar - or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' broad marketing experience (social, content, PR, design, events) if no qualification.
- Excellent content writing skills with SEO knowledge.
- Proven experience managing social media channels and communities.
- Competence with analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, email/social insights).
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and CRM systems (Sugar CRM is a bonus).
- Experience running Google Ads and paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong stakeholder management and agency liaison experience.
