For reasonable adjustments or to apply under our interview guarantee scheme, please use the contact details provided once you have clicked ‘apply’!Job Purpose, Tasks and ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:You will provide high-level operational and project management support to the Marketing Manager and wider team, ensuring campaigns, events, and marketing activity run smoothly and on time.You’ll combine your marketing know-how with your excellent organisational skills, helping the team work more efficiently, stay on top of tasks, and deliver high-quality campaigns.You will be responsible for:
- Keeping projects on track – Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating campaigns, content, and events using tools like ClickUp, and help the team stay organised and on schedule.
- Owning the detail – From finance admin (like POs and invoices) to CRM data and reporting, you’ll help keep everything accurate and up to date.
- Supporting campaign delivery – Assist with digital marketing activity across email, landing pages, and CRM, and liaise with external partners to keep things moving.
- Coordinating events and exhibitions – Manage logistics, suppliers, and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day and beyond.
- Being the team’s go-to – Help with inboxes, diary coordination, and making sure processes are followed, so the team can focus on delivery.
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing executive or senior marketing support role.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels – including SEO, PPC, CRM, email automation, and basic analytics.
- Confident using email marketing or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar).
- Exceptional organisational skills with experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with finance admin, CRM data, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills – comfortable liaising across teams and suppliers.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently to solve problems and keep projects moving.
- Experience managing events, exhibitions, or logistics-heavy projects.
- Good understanding of marketing performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards).
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, raising POs, and supplier onboarding.
- Ability to learn quickly and help others adopt new tools and processes.
