- 1 st Degree/appropriate professional qualification in Leadership/Organisational Development, evidence of study at Postgraduate level.
- Specific OD Practitioner Certification e.g. MBTI, LQF, Coaching, Mentoring, NLP, Leadership, Project Management, proven CPD Record.
- Quality Improvement methodologies
- Evidence of successful leadership and delivery of large scale projects and associated outcomes
- Leadership and management qualification
- Knowledge of working within the context of mental health , social care, learning disability or community services
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of managing a budget
- HR/OD Experience. Experience of redesigning and developing organisations
- Experience of leading complex, large scale change
- Evidence of the successful development and implementation of cultural change to drive organisational performance
- Knowledge of a range of OD and improvement interventions and techniques
- Development and delivery of leadership and management development programmes
