Providing personal care, supporting residents’ routines, and assisting with individual needs
Offering emotional support and companionship
Ensuring residents feel safe, secure, and comfortable throughout the night
Maintaining high care standards and a calm environment

A warm and caring personality with a passion for supporting others
A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards one)
Confidence in using technology and maintaining accurate records
Resilience and the ability to provide guidance under pressure
