$400M, including large complex transformation programmes (up to $250M). This includes:
- Ensuring resilience and stability of our operating environment - own service delivery quality objectives, including delivering to service levels, standardised delivery models and continued operating efficiencies.
- Continuing to evolve advanced delivery methods, bringing innovation to client delivery, together with our collaborative centres, to enhance delivery performance, improve client satisfaction and enabling growth.
- Own SLA delivery, tracking and fulfilment, standardised service delivery models and operational efficiency.
- A single, integrated set of governance across all UKI delivery, managed services and ongoing portfolio management and control.
- Building joint standards, methodology, learnings and working culture across managed and programmes’ delivery, driving consistency, standardised service delivery models and operational efficiency across all services.
- Ensuring a continual service improvement mindset and planning across all accounts and change programmes.
- Ensuring spend optimization, synergies and customer proposals across all accounts in both managed services and project implementations
- Leading major incident response, root cause analysis and post-incidence reviews to prevent recurrence and improve resilience.
- Acts as strategic interface between managed and consult delivery teams, global delivery and global practices to ensure cohesive execution and standards, tooling and skills.
- This role provides strong leadership across all UKI Delivery teams - within managed and consult programmes delivery. Dotted line reporting of all Delivery Partners / Pod Leaders, project and complex programmes delivery and hard-line management responsibility for UKI delivery operations team. Accountable for setting and monitoring consistent performance standards across all market delivery teams. Ensuring learning plans are in place across delivery to build capabilities aligned to strategic delivery goals.

- Significant, demonstrable, experience in leading both managed services’ delivery and change programmes (planning, shaping, solutioning and programme managing large complex tech transformation, improvement of change delivery, change governance, programme recovery), underpinned by strong understanding of high-value contract delivery and change governance.
- Leading both managed services and change programmes (and effectively leading in parallel, run - transform - run delivery.
- Evidence of significant track record on past improvements in delivery and transform programme outcomes.
- Experience of working across both consulting and managed services’ businesses.
- Global stakeholder management: Leading, influencing and driving change at global scale.
