This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a warm, child-centred environment where every child is known, valued, and supported to thrive.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Supporting and inspiring a small team of practitioners
  • Ensuring high standards of care, education, and safeguarding
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Managing nursery operations including planning, compliance, and staff development
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 preferred)
  • Previous leadership or deputy experience in a nursery setting
  • A warm, approachable, and confident leader
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Someone who thrives in a close-knit, community-focused setting
