Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Product Owner – BEV to be based at our customers site in Gaydon.Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.The Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner (D Grade) to support the integration of battery unit and vehicle programme changes. This role will act as a key liaison between Engineering, Programme, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment on Bill of Materials (BoM), build timing, and resource planning across multiple stakeholdersKey Responsibilities:Stakeholder Alignment - EPC HW Delivery· Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) hardware delivery teams to manage BoM changes.· Ensure timely communication and coordination around build schedules and hardware readiness.Programme Coordination – Vehicle Stakeholders· Interface with vehicle programme teams to align on build timing and evolving feature/content requirements.· Track and communicate programme milestones and change impacts.Resource Planning Support· Assist in forecasting and planning resources for upcoming battery unit and vehicle programme change points.· Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and propose mitigation strategiesRequired Skills & Experience:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics & related Engineering stream, Product Management, or a related discipline.· Professional experience with LE , Project Engineer, Product Owner or Product Management role.· Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-region product delivery programmes - preferably within the automotive, mobility, or embedded systems sectors.· Expertise in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.· Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.· Experience working with vehicle programme teams or in automotive product development· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills· Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelinesIn return for bringing your expertise to our business we offer a competitive salary along with excellent benefits including:· Pension Scheme – We match employee contribution up to 5% of salary· 25 Days’ Holiday· Private Health Care· Tata Jaguar Land Rover Privilege Scheme - up to 20% off new JLR vehicles· Group Income Protection· Health Assured – Employee Assistance Program· Group Life Assurance· Health Shield – Private Health Cash PlanIf you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.Tata Technologies: Engineering a better world.Tata Technologies would like to thank all applicants for their interest, each application will be reviewed against the set criteria for the role.
