  • Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments to meet the needs of adults in social care.
  • Expertly manage and prioritise your workload, leveraging supervision for effective time management.
  • Lead by example in conducting high-quality assessments and applying key Occupational Therapy theories alongside relevant legislation and guidance.
  • Maintain a commitment to anti-discriminatory practice and embrace evidence-based decision-making.
  • Enhance your professional development by engaging in critical reflection and group work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across health and social care, as well as statutory and voluntary agencies, to deliver innovative and coordinated support.
  • Provide mentorship to new or student Occupational Therapists and contribute to the development of a supportive team environment.
  • Participate in essential training that underpins effective and innovative practice.
To succeed in this role, you must be HCPC registered, ideally with at least two years of experience within your specialism.
