Pay Rate: £38 per hourAbout the Role:An Adult Care Team based in Lewisham is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Occupational Therapists.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, providing essential services to adults in need.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will experience physical settings such as hospital discharge, rehab, and reablement. You will provide double-handed care to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort. Your responsibilities will include making equipment recommendations to enhance clients’ independence and quality of life. Utilizing your expertise in moving and handling, you will support clients with mobility challenges. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure coordinated and effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress will also be a key part of your role.Benefits:
