  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service
  • Resolve customer requests quickly and creatively

What we're looking for:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (construction or waste management preferred)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a "can do" attitude
  • Familiarity with customer service software (experience with industry systems like Weighsoft is a plus)
