NEW JOB ALERT!I'm calling all Architectural Technicians!We are looking for an Architectural Technician to join an exceptional regional contractor in Kent.You will be required to collaborate with the project architect, build team and the consultants showcasing the correct skillset. You will fill the gaps by providing your technical expertise to the architect and knowledge on designs to the engineers.Day to day you will be required to:
  • Visit and face clients
  • Be able to work independently and collaborate with the design team
  • Collaborate with the project architect and assist where needed
  • Visit sites
Software Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Autocad
  • Knowledge of building regs and drawings
  • Revit (nice to have)
  • Sketch up pro (nice to have)
  • Lumion Pro (nice to have)
  • NBS Contract Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft Suite
  • Photoshop (nice to have)
