This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a strong background in family law who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You will manage a complex caseload, supervise junior team members, and play a key role in the continued growth and development of the department.
This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility to suit individual circumstances.Key Responsibilities
- Managing and advising on a wide range of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child-related cases
- Handling high-value and complex cases with minimal supervision
- Providing clear, strategic advice to clients while ensuring excellent client care
- Representing clients in negotiations and, when required, in court proceedings
- Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and support staff within the department
- Contributing to the growth and strategic development of the family law team
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
- Significant experience in family law (ideally 5+ years PQE, though candidates with strong experience at a slightly earlier stage will also be considered)
- Proven ability to handle complex and high-value family law cases
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care abilities
- Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
- Competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
