Handyman / maintenance engineers - Working across West Surrey £37/42kMy client are a mechanical engineering who have been in operation for over 50 years providing mechanical engineering solutions to their diverse portfolio of clients.They currently require X 2 mobile Hanyman / maintenance engineers to work across the surrey region, carrying out the following works with commercial properties :Preferred Skills Set or ExperiencePainting and Decorating (Primary skill)
Carpentry (Internal and external)
Plaster Repairs
Roofing Repairs
Flat Roof Repairs (Basic lead work only)
Concreting
Brickwork Repairs
External door and window replacements
Emergency glazing
Minor plumbing repairs
Fencing (Panels and posts)Delivering maintenance and repairs for a prestigious client in the Surrey area. The operative will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial and civic buildings and some sheltered housing.Requirements :Trade Qualifications Required (NVQ / City and Guilds Level 2 / 3)
IPAF and/or PASMA desirablePlease note engineers must be okay with working outside of West Surrey in Sussex and London on rare occasions.SALARY PACKAGE :£32k to £42k dependant on experience and qualifications.
Travel time paid after 30 mins EW
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630 hours (30 minute lunch)
