- Develop business cases ensuring strategic alignment and analysis of requirements including delivery options, potential benefits, associated business risks and economic calculations
- Conduct thorough analysis of problems, collaborating closely with business users to identify their needs and translate into solution designs and systems specifications
- Conduct 'As Is' and 'To Be' process mapping
- Produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents including product justifications
- Define benefits associated with changes to business systems and associated IT requirements and ensure that these are baselined and tracked
- End to end product involvement from leading on workshops through to design and delivery phases
- Oversee a portfolio of digital products ensuring investment aligns with priorities and strategic objectives
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders across all levels
- Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with clients
- Minimum of 5 years' practical experience, gained within the last 7 years in Business Analysis, with a track record in large scale change and/or technology programmes/projects
- Able to produce high quality business cases, business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation
- Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level
- Skilled communication bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources
- Takes responsibility and accountability for own workload and ensures this is executed in time
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall/traditional methodologies
