We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.What will you be doing?You'll be working along side the commercial team, working from our Brighton office in Falmer, this role will also allow you to work hybridYou'll be involved in estimating quantities, cost and time scales for material and labour, preparing tenders and contract documents.You'll identify and weigh up commercial risks while valuing completed work, managing budgets and over seeing payments by supplying financial reports.You'll be working within a team, supporting and mentoring the team as the Senior and experienced member of the teamWhat you'll bring
  • Proven experience in Quantity surveying with a stable employment history.
  • Relevant industry qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Valid driving license
