- Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitoring project budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Supervising on-site teams and contractors.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety on all project sites.
- Experience in civil construction management, preferably within the water sector.
- Strong understanding of the Capital Delivery Framework.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate on-site teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
- Proficient in budget management and cost control.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work fully on-site and managing projects across the United Utilities region.
