Construction Project Manager | Preston | Up to £53,500 per annum + benefitsMorson Talent are working in partnership with Electricity North West to recruit a Construction Project Manager to deliver a significant capital works programme across their property portfolio. As Construction Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale capital projects (~£30m capex) across ENW sites.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance are at the forefront of every project, with strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.
- Manage contractors, professional consultants (surveyors, architects, engineers) and internal stakeholders.
- Administer contracts, monitor budgets and programmes, and oversee final account agreements.
- Undertake regular site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and programme milestones are achieved.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Extensive experience managing construction projects (client-side or consultancy).
- A relevant degree (construction, surveying, or related discipline).
- Experience managing health, safety, and CDM compliance.
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
- Experience with security-related or physical security upgrade projects (desirable).
