As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the onboarding of new colleagues and driving HR processes that enhance employee engagement. You'll join a well-organized and efficient team of six dedicated professionals who are eager to collaborate and achieve great goals together.Your Responsibilities:
- Global Operations Management: Be the go-to contact for employees worldwide, addressing inquiries on payroll, benefits, global mobility, and PTO. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Employee Experience: Enhance the employee journey by managing key HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- HRIS Management: Optimize our HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate and efficient data management.
- Preliminary Payroll Support: Assist payroll experts with preparation and reporting tasks.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with departments like Finance, Legal, and Office Management.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure HR processes align with local and international regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders to align and communicate HR initiatives effectively.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in an international (tech) environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus!
